I've been wanting to do some Cuda and Shark fishing with live Mullet on the flats. They typically go crazy over a nice lively Mullet. Unfortunately, with a drop in temperature and winds picking up, most had disappeared. Fortunately, I have a couple of hidden spots where there are sheltered spots that the Mullet like to hang out. Got the bigger net out which worked great as they were staying deep in the channels. Although I wasn't able to get on the flats, I found some action slow trolling them in the channels. Changes in water conditions can lead to stress in fish which can be fatal if they are exposed to prolonged episodes of stress.
