Join Graeme as he goes beach fishing and does a catch and cook fresh fish and chips. The fish he caught earlier in the day. He sets out on a shingle beach on the south coast of the UK. Using simple beach fishing gear, Graeme rigs up and casts out. Fishing is tough at first, but as dark comes he starts to get bites. Notable from Dogfish. We he catches, skins and cooks up with some homemade chips. He also hooks into a number of other species. Including: Bass and a PB Sole. Sole is one of the best eating fish in the UK.
